IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • How will I receive my order?
We will contact you within 24 hours of your order to arrange for pickup or delivery of your product.
  • Do you butcher your own meat?
No. All of our meat is processed by an USDA inspected facility, where it is vacuum sealed, and flash frozen. We keep it frozen until it is in your hands.
  • Are you willing to ship?
Right now we do not offer shipping directly from our website. If you are interested in our products, but would need to have them shipped, please contact us directly at whiteoakwagyu@gmail.com or (804) 586-1305.
  • Why are the items I would like to purchase out of stock?
We are a small family farm. We began butchering one cow a year and now we have moved to one every few months. As our business continues to grow, products will be available more often. Select beef cuts generally sell out within hours of posting on our site. If you would like to be added to our contact list to let you know when our beef first becomes available, please send us an email at whiteoakwagyu@gmail.com.
  • Why is Wagyu so expensive?
Well there are quite a few reasons... 1. It is highly sought after. 2. Wagyu cattle are expensive to purchase. 3. It is all about genetics. Wagyu cattle are rated on their meat color, fat color, ribeye shape, size of ribeye area, and marbling. A lot of money goes into getting the right genetics to bring you high quality meat. 4. These cows are expensive to feed. While a grass fed cow is exactly that...grass...fed, our cows receive high quality feeds for up to 20 months and cows eat a LOT every day. Feeding these cows the right combination of grass and grains produces the marbling that everyone gets so excited about, BUT it is very EXPENSIVE!
  • How far will you drive to meet me with my order?
We can meet in Dinwiddie County, Nottoway County, Chesterfield County, City of Colonial Heights, Prince George County, City of Petersburg, City of Richmond, and Powhatan. For any place outside of this region contact us and we will see how we can work with you.
